All our food is freshly prepared in our onboard kitchens, locally sourced, wherever possible, to ensure quality and to deliver food that goes beyond our customers’ expectations. Food packages are flexible and combined with our many years of experience, we are able to recommend menus to suit your different occasions, from a formal dinner to a more casual buffet depending on your type of celebration or event.

DINNER AND LUNCH MENUS - £12 per person
MENU 1 Lowry Salad – mixed salad leaves with bacon lardons, black pudding and caramelised onions. Whole shank end of lamb – Oven roasted shank with a rich garlic and rosemary sauce. Bread and butter pudding with custard.
MENU 2 Smoked salmon parcels – parcels of smoked salmon filled with mascarpone cheese and fresh chives. Oven roasted breast of chicken – chicken breast in a white wine and cream sauce topped with fresh asparagus. Sticky toffee pudding with custard.
MENU 3 Soup of the day – freshly prepared soup served with a hot roll and butter. Pan fried pork fillet – pork fillet, sliced and served with a mushroom and cream sauce with a hint of calvados. Lemon cheesecake.
