These are more formal cruises and are ideal for those extra special occasions such as Wedding Receptions, Anniversaries, Birthdays and Corporate Hospitality. Please note that since all the menus are freshly prepared onboard guests must choose their individual selections prior to sailing: the organiser must select two starters, two main courses and two desserts for their guests to choose from and of course any special dietary requirements can be added to this. Choose from the menus below, the fully inclusive price of £32.95 includes a three course lunch or dinner, coffee and the cruise and is based on a minimum number of 25 guests.

Lowry Salad - Mixed salad leaves with bacon lardons, black pudding and caramelised onions
Cured Scottish Salmon - Cured chunks of Scottish Salmon in honey, mustard and dill mayonnaise, served with salad garnish and granary bread
Wild Mushroom Salad - Medley of wild mushrooms with asparagus and toasted pine nuts, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil
Fanned Melon - Chilled Ogen Melon with summer fruits and raspberry coulis

Smoked Salmon Parcels - Parcels of smoked salmon filled with marscapone cheese and fresh chives
MAIN COURSES
Whole Shank End of Lamb -Oven Roasted Shank with a rich garlic and rosemary sauce
Pork Fillet - Pork fillet, sliced and pan fried with a cream sauce and a hint of calvados
Beef with Port, Guinness and Pickled Walnuts - Cubes of braised prize Scottish beef, with button onions and mushrooms in a rich dark sauce
Breast of Chicken - Poached chicken breast in a white wine and cream sauce topped with fresh asparagus
Beef Stroganoff - Strips of beef cooked in a sauce of cream, brandy Dijon mustard and paprika and served with wild rice
Vegetable Lasagne - Vegetarian lasagne filled with the freshest of vegetables in a rich tomato sauce
Thai Stir Fried Pork - Stir fried pork fillet, soy sauce, ginger and fresh coriander leaves and served with rice and mange tout
